Description
World War One and World War Two saw 83,000 Sikh soldiers killed and over 100,000 wounded fighting for the British.
These sacrifices were made in order to defend and protect the freedoms of people living in lands and of faiths not our own. In remembrance for all those who laid down their lives for mankind, and the society we enjoy today is because of all those brave soldiers.
As a community we need to honour, recognize & remember these sacrifices, and educate ourselves and our children.
These Sikh Khanda Poppy Pins has been especially designed to memorialise all those Sikhs that we have not forgotten them. We are committed to donate part of all proceeds to the Sikh Khanda Poppy Project.
